The African Development Bank (AFDB) is a multilateral development financial institution established to help facilitate economic and social progress of Africa.
African Development Bank formed 14 August 1963 in Khartoum Sudan and started operations on 10 September 1964. African Development Bank finances projects that are run by African governments or the private sector.
