You will care for and continue to enhance our high-quality, residential gardens, with the utmost attention to detail. You will need to be a team player and pass on knowledge to colleagues/apprentices to ensure the highest standard is achieved.
The right candidate will progress to lead and supervise the whole maintenance division.
YOUR SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
min 3 years experience in the horticulture industry and/or tertiary qualification in horticulture
Experience in team leading/supervising
Outstanding work ethics
Outstanding plant knowledge
Experience with: formative pruning & tree pruning/ pest, weed & disease identification & control/ programmed fertilising/ mulching/ automated irrigation system check & repair/ additional planting, improvements & transplanting/ lawn installation & care including edging/ timber deck maintenance
Motivated, hardworking and reliable with excellent communication skills and customer service etiquette
Approaching all tasks at hand in a positive and professional manner
Driving license
