The Position: Campaigner

Create mobilization and engagement strategies with the help of your teammates so that AA member nations may gather, organize, and mobilize campaign supporters to accomplish short-term political change objectives and build a stronger support base over the long run. Manage essential campaign projects and provide day-to-day operational management for a certain campaign. Facilitate and assist the learning and knowledge-building processes related to campaigns with the appropriate actors.

Who we are searching for:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline is required of you. possess a minimum of two years’ expertise in the creation and implementation of campaigns designed to sway public opinion and influence policy. You should have prior knowledge in digital campaigning strategies, ideally in an context of an international effort.

You should be well-versed in dispersed and digital strategies, tactics, and tools for organizing and running campaigns. You should be proficient in creating print- and online-based campaign actions and other types of communication materials.
