Terms of Reference
– Significant prior experience working on infrastructure projects/programme management in UNHCR or UN system.
– Excellent knowledge of UNHCR processes (e.g. supply) and UNHCR infrastructure scheme
– Proven ability to analyze political, social, market-related and environmental factors that might affect the operational conditions for the setup and implementation of infrastructure projects, and find adequate solutions.
– Good understanding of the regional context
– Demonstrated capacity to analyze challenging situations, and make recommendations to senior management.
– Excellent communication and coordination skills with external stakeholders, in particular providers and local authorities
– Solid experience in managing teams, and in leading projects.
