Nedbank Youth Graduate Training Programme (Closes 1 March 2024)
Nedbank CA Training Programme
Nedbank was formed in 1831, and i was named the Cape of Good Hope Bank. In 1834, the South African Association for the Administration and Settlement of Estates was established, one of the world’s oldest trust companies.
Nedbank enrols over 200 young graduates and career starters from different communities into its various learnership programmes as a way of imparting skills and easing poverty and unemployment. The YES Programme is a business-led collaboration with government to reduce unemployment by providing youth with an opportunity to develop new skills and gain meaningful workplace experience, which will in turn significantly improve their chances of finding long-term future employment.
In keeping with selecting purpose-driven people who we believe will be a fit for our organisation, all job training and skills development programmes carry the common theme of being trainee-led. Once selected, you will be given the option of selecting rotations that align with your professional goals.
Nedbank will provide you with the flexibility to explore different areas of the bank that you might be interested in. No two trainees will follow the same route and you never have to feel any pressure as you discover your path through Nedbank.
Nedbank Group Limited is a bank holding company and one of the four largest banking groups in South Africa. Nedbank Group is one of the largest financial services groups in Africa, offering services such as wholesale and retail banking, insurance, asset management, and wealth management.
