Miracle Feet is leading the way to address one of the largest causes of physical disability in the world. Along with discrimination, children living with disabilities often face neglect, poverty, and abuse. We are building a global movement to ensure every child born with clubfoot has access to life-changing treatment.
Miracle Feet is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all employees to share this commitment. Miracle Feet is proud of our organizational values of collaboration, ambition, integrity, and justice, and expect staff to demonstrate these values in all behaviors and professional interactions.
MiracleFeet is committed to a work environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. Each individual has the right to work in a professional atmosphere that promotes equal employment opportunities and prohibits discriminatory practices, including harassment.
