This role is part of the Global Analyst Team within the Private Sector Partnerships Service (PSP). The PSP team is responsible for analyzing fundraising activities, setting targets, and reporting on the performance of the fundraising network. As a member of the Global Analyst Team, the incumbent will support the expansion of analysis and insight capabilities.
2. Purpose and Scope of Assignment
The Associate PSP Officer (AI Developer) will play a pivotal role in enhancing the analytical capabilities of the Global Analyst Team within the Private Sector Partnerships Service (PSP). Under the overall supervision of PSP Business Analyst Officer and Assistant PSP Officer, the incumbent will assist in the following:
– Design, develop, and deploy AI models to analyze fundraising data and predict trends.
– Implement machine learning algorithms to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of fundraising activities.
– Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows. Utilize AI tools to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
– Provide detailed reports and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
– Continuously monitor and refine AI models to ensure optimal performance
– Work closely with the Global Analyst Team to understand their analytical needs and challenges.
– Provide technical support and training to team members on AI tools and methodologies.
– Collaborate with other PSP teams to align AI initiatives with broader organizational goals.
